Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst IV will conduct complex financial assessments, lead internal audits, and develop financial models while collaborating across a matrixed organization to drive business performance improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret complex financial assessments and modeling to inform business decisions
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to implement changes to internal controls
• Create budgets and forecasts in alignment with business strategic initiatives, providing recommendations based on financial trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations
