Financial Planning Analyst IV

Job Summary

To support financial decision-making within a matrixed organization, the full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst IV will conduct complex financial assessments, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret complex financial assessments and modeling to support strategic initiatives
• Lead internal audit processes and engage with auditors to resolve material weaknesses
• Create and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to business unit leaders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Minimum of six years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience or directly related business experience
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in conducting financial assessments and developing reports on business performance
