Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Director, Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while managing large budgets
• Partner with Business Leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement internal controls for financial integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 6-8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience managing large budgets and driving financial performance
• Knowledge of the biotechnology industry and experience with financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
