Financial Planning and Analysis Head

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Head for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the FP&A function, providing timely reporting and strong analytical support
• Prepare monthly financial reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision making
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and reporting for the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of finance experience in high growth SaaS businesses
• Experience in startup leadership and building and maintaining a strong team
• Expertise in financial modeling and budgeting software tools
• Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a consumer-driven industry and familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
