Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes while providing strategic insights to support organizational growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Lead the monthly financial analysis process, including variance analysis and management reporting
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including hands-on FP&A experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a detailed 3-statement financial model
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with FP&A or ERP software (NetSuite) is a plus
