A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Lead 12-month rolling forecast process and develop financial models
- Analyze financial data, collaborate with teams, and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Vareto
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
