Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management reporting and analysis, including operating expenses and cash flow
• Collaborate with functional leaders to develop annual operating plans and financial forecasts
• Provide financial consulting and support for strategic decision-making and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in a FP&A role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and public accounting
• Strong understanding of private equity financial structures and reporting requirements
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with ERP systems
