Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time salaried Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while building AI-enabled processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing actionable insights to drive profitability targets
• Build scalable, AI-enabled FP&A processes and improve reporting automation for enhanced financial insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA candidates preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in the SaaS/Software industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of key financial metrics
• Experience implementing or improving financial systems and exceptional data analysis capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills and a highly organized work style with a project manager mindset
