Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Lead financial strategy and process improvement initiatives
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team

Qualifications:

• MBA in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of managerial experience in finance/accounting
• Prior experience in establishing and managing an FP&A function
• Experience in the medical technology field is a plus
• Familiarity with evolving technology and systems
