Financial Planning Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance analysis
• Partner with budget owners to review results and support cost reduction initiatives
• Lead month-end reporting and prepare performance summaries with insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or an analytical role
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and modeling
• Experience with financial systems such as HFM, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus
• Demonstrated initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
