Financial Planning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the retail IRA and service offering for the Voya Retail business through sales and client relationship management
• Conduct needs analysis and provide guidance on investment decisions, retirement income planning, and wealth accumulation
• Deliver the Voya value proposition to individual customers through outbound campaigns and service execution

Required Qualifications:

• College degree or 3+ years of relevant financial services experience
• Series 7 and 65/66 licenses, CRPC designation, and insurance licensing
• Strong sales and customer relationship experience, knowledge of retirement and retirement income planning, and adherence to fiduciary standards
• Willingness to share best practices, strong work ethic, and leadership traits
• Preferred: MBA, CFP, or CFA designations
