A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to drive business understanding and actions
• Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and analytics solutions to enhance decision-making
• Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, partnering cross-functionally to deliver usable analytics tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience with large datasets and delivering insights through analytics and visualization
• 3-5 years of experience in improving financial processes and reporting
• 3-5 years of experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI / Tableau)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
