Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and long-term planning
• Collaborate to create annual budgets and long-term forecasts aligned with strategic objectives
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including in the non-profit sector
• Proven experience in project-based accounting and compliance with federal guidelines
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
