Financial Planning Director
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the CFO, the full-time remote Financial Planning Director will own enterprise planning, forecasting, and management reporting, ensuring the execution of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts while supporting strategic financial decisions and building processes for future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Serve as the FP&A partner to commercial and functional leaders, providing insights to enhance decision-making
- Design and implement finance processes to support scalability and efficiency within the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a focus on partnership with commercial or operating leaders
- Demonstrated experience managing a full annual budget and forecast cycle in a multi-segment environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and financial planning systems
- Practical experience using AI tools in a finance context with sound judgment on data verification
