Financial Planning Leader

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time Financial Planning Leader will manage commercial planning and forecasting, deliver actionable analytics, and mentor a high-performing team while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Enable commercial growth by translating financial and market data into insights for Sales and Marketing leadership
• Lead commercial planning and forecasting to align with strategic growth priorities and support growth objectives
• Develop compelling financial narratives and dashboards to inform senior leaders for resource allocation and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial analytics, and strategic business partnership in growth-oriented environments
• Proven leadership ability to build and develop high-performing teams that influence revenue growth
• Strong expertise in commercial and financial modeling with a track record of translating data into actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and commercial systems, including ERP platforms and business intelligence tools
