Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company-wide financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, identifying variances and providing insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and data visualization tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
