Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's financial model, creating detailed forecasts of future operations
• Assess and track financial performance and health, analyzing metrics to identify strategic opportunities
• Partner with departments to develop annual budgets and provide insights through reporting packages for senior management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, investment banking, or private equity
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build three-statement financial models
• Experience managing and operating FP&A planning software for SMBs is a plus
• Background in B2B SaaS is preferred but not required
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions proactively while working with minimal direction
