Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to oversee financial processes for the Health & Fitness segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial plans and develop KPIs
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in business intelligence and financial software applications
