Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team, focusing on shipping, logistics, and fulfillment
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and month-end close processes for key operational areas
• Lead monthly margin reporting by channel and develop enhanced margin visibility reporting tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or business intelligence
• Advanced Excel proficiency (expert level)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting structures, and forecasting methodologies
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data modeling
