Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EPM planning application and oversee the planning calendar and operational processes
• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and monthly reporting, including variance analysis
• Provide financial analytics and support for the Clinical Solutions business unit and lead the sales incentive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role
• Strong leadership skills and experience with Oracle EPM/Enterprise Planning
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and database/OLAP
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
