Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasting processes
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field; MBA or professional certification is a plus
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff
• Proactive approach with a focus on value creation in a dynamic environment
