Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and establish financial targets with department heads
• Prepare financial forecasts and provide ongoing performance tracking and analysis
• Manage a team of financial analysts and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and nonprofit accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial management software is a plus
• Proven leadership ability with experience in team management and development
