Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support a leading telecommunications client.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly executive and board reporting packages with accurate variance analysis
• Conduct detailed reviews of monthly close results and collaborate with finance leaders to address variances
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Expertise in financial statements, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Adaptive Connect software is preferred
• Experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
