Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain data pipelines and KPI reporting infrastructure
• Produce variance analysis and lead Monthly Operating Reviews with department heads

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of FP&A or financial analytics experience
• 2+ years at B2B SaaS companies with knowledge of subscription business models
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with core FP&A processes and SaaS metrics
• Understanding of GL structure and ASC 606 revenue recognition
