Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead financial planning activities and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and profitability
• Prepare financial reporting packages and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of experience in a financial analysis role
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and financial professional compensation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
