Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and quality assurance of proposal budgets and country master budgets
• Provide financial guidance on complex budgets and resolve budgeting challenges in dynamic environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial planning systems and tools

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of donor-funded budgeting and compliance frameworks
• Experience in proposal budgeting and financial analysis within international NGOs
• Proficient in developing cost allocation methodologies and financial planning tools
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP or financial systems
