Key Responsibilities

Administer the Oracle EPM planning application and set the planning calendar
Drive the annual budget, quarterly re-forecast, monthly reporting, and variance analysis
Oversee sales incentive planning and support the Clinical Solutions business line's financial processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
Strong leadership skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with Oracle EPM/Enterprise Planning
High standards of accuracy and organization
