Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve FP&A reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence for better decision-making
• Build analytics for win/loss, pipeline, and revenue performance to identify high-performing segments and behaviors
• Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, including headcount and resource allocation planning

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analytics, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to independently analyze data using Excel and BI/reporting tools
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into concise insights for stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
