Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Produce financial reporting packages and conduct variance analysis to monitor company performance
• Oversee financial systems and processes while mentoring FP&A resources to foster a data-driven culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in automotive, insurance, or warranty sectors
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, claims modeling, and underwriting principles
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel and financial systems
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
