Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial consolidation and reporting processes across all business units
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while providing strategic financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-based organization
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and planning
• Advanced experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools
• Deep knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and business models
