Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Partnership & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis for strategic business initiatives
• Support investor reporting requirements and leverage AI tools for forecasting and reporting
• Administer monthly commission payouts and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field
• Experience with cloud technology offerings
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field
• High proficiency in Excel and analytics/visualization tools; SQL/Python experience preferred
• Able to work under time pressure and prioritize workload effectively
