Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a finance team, the full-time Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will provide leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while partnering with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial products and engage financial resources to address business challenges
• Lead the creation and communication of annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with strategic goals
• Advise senior management on financial implications of initiatives and monitor performance against business cases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience utilizing Workday and Adaptive Planning is highly preferred
