Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the remote full-time Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will lead financial governance, collaborate with business leaders on financial projections, and manage the implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management tool.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate financial planning and analysis tasks
• Prepare and present financial reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Manage financial governance for corporate initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; insurance experience preferred
• 7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• 5+ years of experience in financial and business management, including team management
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects across cross-functional teams
• Ability to make independent decisions confidently
