Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time Financial Planning Manager will support Retail, Franchise, and Business Service units in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with executive management, with opportunities for remote and hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for various business units
• Drive the budget and long-range planning processes for the Franchise business unit
• Lead financial reporting and expense management through collaboration with leadership teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Retail experience; insurance experience is a plus
• Expertise in Excel and financial modeling; experience with OneStream and Tableau preferred
• Proven leadership skills and ability to build internal partnerships
