Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Financial Planning Manager, the ideal candidate will manage financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and performance management for a portfolio of manufacturing and industrial services businesses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve integrated operating financial models and lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Own and maintain rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts and reconcile forecasted cash activity to actual results
• Analyze manufacturing profitability and partner with operations leaders to enhance job costing methodologies and operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, particularly in manufacturing or industrial services
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting concepts, including job costing and operational KPIs
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with cash flow forecasts
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and operational leaders
