Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Financial Planning Manager will support strategic and financial objectives by leading financial planning and reporting, conducting data analysis, and managing cross-functional projects in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly PNL reviews and assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and the annual budgeting cycle
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to analyze pricing strategies and profitability, driving data literacy across the organization
• Present findings to senior leadership and act as a liaison between finance and cross-functional departments to promote data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting processes
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability
