Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and analysis activities, the full-time Financial Planning Manager will manage forecasting and budgeting for professional services and partner support, collaborating with sales and finance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and forecast professional services and sales partner organizations, ensuring alignment on growth plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage KPIs, forecasts, and business models
• Contribute to the monthly close process, reviewing accruals and reconciling actuals versus forecasts

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in Professional Services and Partner Support
• Strong understanding of financial models and concepts related to partner rebate programs and professional services revenue
• Proficiency in software tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and other business intelligence platforms
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
