Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

To support a fast-growing software company, the full-time salaried Financial Planning Manager will manage forecasting and budgeting for professional services and partner organizations while collaborating with sales and finance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for professional services and sales partner organizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage KPIs, forecasts, and business models
• Contribute to the monthly close process by reviewing accruals and reconciling actuals versus forecasts

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Professional Services and Partner Support
• Proven ability to manage P&L and ensure forecast accuracy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical insights
• Familiarity with software tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and NetSuite
