Financial Planning Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time Financial Planning Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis while working remotely, collaborating with various departments to deliver actionable insights and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the month-end close process, including variance analysis and monthly reporting
- Act as a key contributor to the annual budget and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities
- Compile and distribute international financial results and support operational reporting across various metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing strategy or finance
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Analytics, or Marketing
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with BI tools such as OneStream or Oracle
- Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude CoWork is a plus
