Financial Planning Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with various departments, the full-time Financial Planning Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis while delivering actionable insights to drive business performance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end close process, including variance analysis and monthly reporting
- Act as a key contributor to the annual budget and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Create and present compelling financial presentations to senior leaders, highlighting core themes and insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing strategy or finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, or Marketing
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Claude CoWork is a plus
