Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the financial division of a medical group, the full-time Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting will manage the annual budget process, coordinate financial reporting, and support strategic objectives while working in a hybrid schedule of two days in person and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the annual budget and projection processes, including training sessions for department heads
• Completes review and analysis of practice-level budgets and projections to ensure accurate reflection of revenues, compensation, and expenses
• Adheres to budget timelines provided by leadership to ensure timely completion of each process milestone

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 5-7 years of experience in budget/financial analysis work in healthcare
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in finance
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
