Financial Planning Manager
Job Summary
To support the financial operations of a leading hearing aid company, the fully remote Financial Planning Manager will prepare business performance reports, conduct operational data analysis, and collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business performance reports for management and sales teams
- Perform operational data analysis and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop key performance indicators and provide insights on monthly and quarterly reports to management
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and controlling
- Strong knowledge in controlling, planning, budgeting, and statistical analysis
- Advanced understanding of asset, risk, and productivity management
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Power Query knowledge preferred
