Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Financial Planning Manager will direct and develop a team while producing high-level analytical deliverables and managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, train, and develop a team while managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with business operations, clinical, marketing, and sales leaders to enhance performance and optimize capital planning
• Establish key business metrics and facilitate operating reviews to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• 5+ years of FP&A experience within healthcare operations, including at least 2 years in a management capacity
• Demonstrated mastery in financial modeling and data management
• Broad understanding of business operations and the interplay between clinical workflows and financial performance
