Financial Planning Product Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Product Lead for their Financial Planning Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for finance and budgeting capabilities
• Conduct discovery with finance leaders to understand budget authority in enterprises
• Collaborate with the integrations team to connect Loop with ERP and financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in enterprise finance, FP&A, ERP implementation, or financial systems consulting
• Hands-on experience with budgeting large programs and understanding organizational tradeoffs
• Familiarity with enterprise finance or planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Curiosity about AI and its implications for financial planning and forecasting
• Ability to produce clear, structured outputs for executive audiences amidst complex finance workflows
