Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of nonprofit financial management experience, particularly with grant management
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit audit requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel, Financial Edge, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
  • Alignment with the mission and values of NDWA and Care in Action, particularly regarding low-wage workers and immigrant communities
