Key Responsibilities

• Optimize business performance by aligning business processes with IT
• Collect and analyze process data to recommend improvements in analytics and productivity
• Implement automated processes and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field
• Experience in process engineering, accounting, financial technology, or quality control
• Exposure to asset liability management processes in insurance or banking is preferred
• Working towards Six Sigma certification is a plus
