Financial Product Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Financial Product Analyst will bridge the gap between technical teams and product management by delivering data analysis, developing technical product specifications, and ensuring product features align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze user requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product analysis or software development
• Subject matter expert in Banking/Collections with an understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
• Deep understanding of technical concepts like APIs and data models
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/advanced degree or certifications preferred
• Ability to drive complex, high-impact projects and mentor cross-functional teams
