Financial QA Lead

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance activities for financial applications, the contract Financial QA Lead will manage end-to-end testing efforts, define test strategies, and coordinate QA execution while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, test strategy, test execution, defect management, and release readiness for financial applications
• Design, review, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Mentor QA analysts and testers by providing technical guidance and feedback

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technical software quality assurance role, including experience as a QA Lead
• Hands-on experience with API testing for system integration
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, test planning, and the defect lifecycle
• Experience testing financial applications and workflows, such as accounting or procurement
• Ability to work with minimal information to develop test plans and strategies
