Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of ETF financial statements and SEC filings
• Produce and review GAAP financial statements
• Coordinate ETF audits with independent auditors and external service providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
• 1 - 3 years of investment industry experience, preferably in fund administration
• Knowledge of SEC filing requirements
• Experience with GAAP financial accounting for regulated investment companies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
