Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the timely and accurate filing of external financial reports, the remote Financial Reporting Analyst II will prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, coordinate reporting calendars, and assist with compliance to US GAAP and SEC regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
• Maintain the financial reporting calendar and coordinate with cross-functional departments to meet filing deadlines
• Assist external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, and perform research on new accounting pronouncements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• CPA candidate preferred
